Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 large oranges
  • 175 g (6 oz) raspberries
  • 250 ml (8 fl oz) still water
  • ice cubes (optional)

Peel the oranges and divide the flesh into segments. Juice the orange segments with the raspberries then add the still water.

Pour the juice into 2 tall glasses over ice, if using, and serve immediately.
