Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 measures white rum
  • 2 measures tequila gold
  • 12 mint leaves, plus extra to decorate
  • 4 pineapple chunks
  • 6 measures pineapple juice
  • 2 measures single cream
  • crushed ice

Put the rum, tequila, mint leaves, pineapple chunks, pineapple juice and single cream in a food processor or blender with some crushed ice and blend until the mixture is slushy.

Transfer to 2 hurricane glasses, decorate with mint leaves and serve.
