Melt the honey in a large saucepan over a low heat for 1–2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven, 180°C (350°F), Gas Mark 4, for 10–12 minutes until starting to turn golden. Stir the granola, turning it over a little, then return to the oven for a further 4–5 minutes.
Pour on to a cool tray or into a large bowl and leave to cool. Store in an airtight container.
