Nectarine & Raspberry Yogurt Ice

  • 3 ripe nectarines, halved and stoned
  • 175 g (6 oz) raspberries
  • 150 ml (¼ pint) natural yogurt
  • handful of ice cubes

Put the nectarines and raspberries in a food processor and whiz until really smooth. Add the yogurt and whiz again, then add the ice and whiz until very crushed and the shake thickens.

Pour into chilled glasses. Decorate with cocktail umbrellas and anything else to make the drink look fun!
