Special Diet

Ingredients
  • 200 g (7 oz) rolled oats
  • 50 g (2 oz) dried cranberries
  • 50 g (2 oz) dried apricots, chopped
  • 50 g (2 oz) dates, chopped
  • 50 g (2 oz) pecan nuts, chopped
  • 50 g (2 oz) Brazil nuts, chopped
  • 3–4 tablespoons seeds (sunflower, pumpkin and sesame)
  • milk
  • natural yogurt
  • fresh fruit
Directions
  • Mix together all the dry ingredients.
  • Divide between 4 bowls and serve with milk, yogurt and fresh fruit.
