  • 6 fizzy fish sweets
  • 150 ml (1/4 pint) mango juice
  • chilled lemonade
  • 300 ml (1/2 pint) pineapple juice
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 150 ml (1/4 pint) orange juice
  • 150 ml (1/4 pint) cranberry juice drink
  • sparkling mineral water
  • 2 orange slices, to decorate
  • 2 strawberries, to decorate
  • For the Fizzy Fish, place the sweets in the bottom of 2 tumblers. Add the mango juice and top up with lemonade. Serve with cocktail sticks to see who can 'fish' out the sweets first.
  • For the Paradise Cooler, pour the pineapple juice into 2 glasses and top each with a scoop of ice cream. Decorate with cocktail umbrellas and long spoons to eat the ice cream.
  • For the Beach Babes, divide the juices between 2 glasses, top up with sparkling water and decorate the rim of the each glass with an orange slice and a strawberry.
