Special Diet

  • 1 small ripe banana, roughly chopped
  • 175 g (6 oz) fresh mixed berries, such as raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
  • 250 ml (8 fl oz) low-fat or fat-free vanilla bio yogurt
  • about 150 ml (¼ pint) semi-skimmed milk

Place the banana in a blender with the berries, yogurt and milk and blend until thick and smooth, adding a little more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
