Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 6 asparagus spears
  • ½ cucumber, about 175 g (6 oz)
  • 2 young carrots, about 200 g (7 oz)
  • small handful of mint, plus an extra mint sprig to decorate
  • ice cubes

Juice together the asparagus, cucumber, carrots and mint.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, top with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
