Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 3 apples, about 300 g (10 oz) in total
  • large handful mint, plus extra sprigs to decorate
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) chilled mint tea
  • ice cubes

Juice the apples and mint. Stir in the chilled mint tea.

Pour the combined juice and tea into a glass over ice, decorate with a sprig of mint and serve.
