Meals and Courses

  • 100 g (3½ oz) lettuce, leaves torn or roughly chopped
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 100 ml (3½ fl oz) chilled camomile tea
  • ice cubes

Juice the lettuce and lemon using a juicer or blender until smooth.

Mix with the chilled camomile tea until well combined. Serve in a glass over ice.
