Milk Chocolate Crackles

  • 200 g (7 oz) milk chocolate, chopped
  • 150 g (5 oz) cornflakes
  • coloured sugar sprinkles, to decorate

Place 16 mini silicone muffin cases on a tray.

Melt the chocolate (see page 14). Using your hands, crush the cornflakes until broken into very small flakes. Tip into the chocolate and mix thoroughly until the cornflakes are coated in a thin film of chocolate.

Use a teaspoon to scoop the mixture into the cases, pressing it down firmly so the cakes will hold together when set. Decorate with sugar sprinkles. Chill for about 1 hour until set.
