Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 kg (2 lb) watermelon
  • 14–16 strawberries
  • 12 mint leaves
  • small handful of ice cubes

Peel the melon as close to the skin as possible. Hull the strawberries.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
