Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 250 g (8 oz) cantaloupe melon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cm (½ inch) piece fresh root ginger
  • 125 g (4 oz) carrot
  • ice cubes, to serve (optional)
Directions

Peel and deseed the melon and cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the lime. Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Juice the carrot with the melon, lime and ginger.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, if using, and serve immediately.
