Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 mango
  • 1 orange
  • 125 g (4 oz) cranberries
  • 100 ml (3½ fl oz) still water
  • 1 teaspoon clear honey
  • ice cubes (optional)

Peel the mango and remove the stone. Peel the orange and divide the flesh into segments. Juice the cranberries with the mango and orange.

Pour the juice into a glass and stir in the water and honey. Add a couple of ice cubes, if using, and serve immediately.
