Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 200 g (7 oz) apple
  • 125 g (4 oz) cucumber
  • 100 g (3½ oz) mango
  • ice cubes
Directions

Peel the apple and cucumber. Peel the mango, remove the stone and roughly chop the flesh. Juice with the apples and cucumber.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add a couple of ice cubes and blend to make a fruity slush. Serve immediately.
