Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe mangoes
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 12 mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 900 ml (1½ pints) ice-cold water
  • ice cubes
Directions

Peel and stone the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh. Put it into a food processor or blender with the lemon juice, sugar, mint leaves and water and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into tall glasses over ice and serve immediately.
