Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 ripe mango
  • ½ galia melon
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) orange juice
  • ice cubes

Peel the mango, remove the stone and roughly chop the flesh. Peel and deseed the galia melon and roughly chop the flesh.

Put the mango and melon in a food processor or blender, add the orange juice and a couple of ice cubes and process until smooth.

Pour the juice into 2 short glasses and serve immediately.
