Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 measures white rum
  • 2 measures coconut rum
  • 2 measures mango purée
  • 4 measures mandarin juice (fresh, if possible)
  • 2 measures coconut cream
  • 8 pineapple chunks
  • crushed ice
  • pineapple leaves
  • mango slices

Put the white and coconut rums, mango purée, mandarin juice, coconut cream and pineapple chunks into a food processor with some crushed ice and blend.

Transfer to 2 large highball glasses, decorate with pineapple leaves and mango slices and serve.
