Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cm (¾ inch) piece fresh root ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 apple, about 100 g (3½ oz)
  • 1 carrot, about 150 g (5 oz)
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 100 g (3½ oz) alfalfa sprouts
Directions

Roughly peel the lemon, ginger and garlic. Juice all the ingredients together.

Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
