Put the apple sauce, pears and cinnamon into a small saucepan and gently cook for 10 minutes until softened. Spoon the mixture into 4 ramekins or ovenproof teacups.
Rub together the sugar, flour, oats and butter to make a lumpy mixture. Stir in the golden syrup. Scatter on top of the fruit and bake in a preheated oven, 200°C (400°F), Gas Mark 6, for 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
