Iced Berries with White Chocolate Sauce

  • 175 ml (6 fl oz) double cream
  • 175 g (6 oz) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 500 g (1 lb) mixed frozen berries
  • Put the cream in a small pan and heat until boiling. Take off the heat and stir in the chocolate and vanilla extract and mix until melted.
  • Arrange the berries in chilled serving bowls, drizzle over the sauce and serve.
