Honey Granola

Ingredients
  • 15 g (½ oz) clear honey
  • 15 g (½ oz) maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 45 g (2 oz) dark muscovado sugar
  • 110 g (4 oz) jumbo oats
  • 55 g (2 oz) whole almonds
  • 30g (1 ¼ oz) whole Brazil nuts, chopped
  • 25 g (1 oz) dried cranberries
  • 25 g (1 oz) desiccated coconut
  • natural yogurt
  • fresh berries
Directions
  • Whisk together the honey, maple syrup, oil, measurement water and sugar.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the cranberries and coconut, and mix well.
  • Place the mixture on a baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven, 150˚C (300˚F), Gas Mark 2, for 15 minutes, then add the cranberries and coconut and bake for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour onto another baking sheet to cool. Leave to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
  • Serve with natural yogurt and fresh berries.
