Whisk together the honey, maple syrup, oil, measurement water and sugar.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the cranberries and coconut, and mix well.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven, 150˚C (300˚F), Gas Mark 2, for 15 minutes, then add the cranberries and coconut and bake for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour onto another baking sheet to cool. Leave to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
