Grilled Peaches with Passion Fruit

prep 2 mins cook 4–5 mins
  • 6 large ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey, plus extra to serve
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 125 g (4 oz) Greek yogurt
  • pulp from 2 passion fruit

Cut the peaches in half and discard the stones. Arrange the peach halves cut side up in a foil-lined grill pan, drizzle over the honey and dust with the cinnamon.

Cook under a preheated high grill for 4–5 minutes until lightly charred.

Spoon into serving bowls and serve each one topped with Greek yogurt, an extra drizzle of honey and the passion fruit pulp.
