Grapefruit and Sea Bass Tacos

  • 500 g (1 lb) sea bass fillet
  • 1 grapefruit, ½ juiced and ½ segmented and chopped
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 8 taco shells
  • 2 Little Gem lettuces, shredded
  • Thinly slice the sea bass fillets and place in a non-metallic bowl with the grapefruit juice and segments, chilli, spring onions and coriander. Mix well.
  • Heat the taco shells according to the pack instructions, add half a shredded Little Gem lettuce to the base of each one and then spoon in the sea bass mixture to serve.
