Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 cm (¾ inch) piece fresh root ginger
  • 5 pears, about 750 g (1½ lb) in total
  • large pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ice cubes

Peel the ginger. Juice the ginger with the pears. Stir in the cinnamon.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice and serve immediately.
