Garlic-Fried Chillies

  • oil, for frying
  • 6 green chilli peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • salt

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the chillies, turning regularly. Transfer to a plate covered with kitchen paper, then arrange in a shallow dish.

Brown the garlic very rapidly in the frying pan.

Season the chillies with the garlic and salt to taste.
