Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 peaches, about 300 g (10 oz)
  • 300 g (10 oz) strawberries
  • 300 g (10 oz) raspberries
  • 400 ml (14 fl oz) milk
  • ice cubes

Halve and stone the peaches.

Put the peaches in a food processor or blender with the strawberries and raspberries and process to a smooth purée. Add the milk and blend the ingredients again until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

Pour the shake into 4 tall glasses over the ice cubes.
