Fruit and Yogurt Baskets

  • 2 tablespoons runny honey
  • 300 g (10 oz) Greek yogurt
  • 4 brandy snap baskets
  • 300 g (10 oz) mixed fruits, such as strawberries, kiwifruit, apricots and grapes, halved or chopped depending on the fruit
  • Lightly swirl the honey through the yogurt and spoon into the brandy snap baskets.
  • Arrange the fruits on top and serve.
