Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • ice cubes, plus crushed ice to serve
  • 3 measures vodka
  • 1 measure Midori
  • 2 measures lemon juice
  • 2 measures pineapple juice
  • 2 dashes sugar syrup
  • 2 lemon wedges

Put 8–12 ice cubes with the vodka, Midori, fruit juices and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake.

Strain into 2 highball glasses filled with crushed ice. Squeeze a lemon wedge over each drink, drop it in and serve with straws.
