Mix together the garlic, red chillies, five-spice powder, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl, then spread the mixture all over the pork chops and season. Cover and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Put the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with foil, then cook under a preheated hot grill for 5–6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, cook the beans in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water for 3–4 minutes until just tender. Drain well, then put in a bowl with the olive oil, lemon rind and juice and toss together. Cover and keep warm.
Transfer the pork chops on to warm serving plates and serve with the green beans.
