Figs with Yogurt & Honey

  • 8 ripe figs
  • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey

Slice the figs in half and place on a hot griddle pan, skin-side down. Sear for 10 minutes until the skins begin to blacken, then remove.

Arrange the figs on 4 plates and serve with a spoonful of yogurt and some honey spooned over the top.
