Meals and Courses

  • 6 ripe fresh figs, thinly sliced, plus 2 extra, cut into wedges, to decorate (optional)
  • 450 ml (¾ pint) Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons clear honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts

Arrange the fig slices snugly in the bottom of 4 glasses or glass bowls. Spoon the yogurt over the figs and chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.

Just before serving, drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over each dessert and sprinkle the pistachio nuts on top. Decorate with the wedges of fig, if liked.
