Beat the eggs, herbs and cream together in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a nonstick frying pan with a flameproof handle, add the onion and red pepper and cook over a medium heat for 3–4 minutes until just softened.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook for about 3 minutes until almost set, then crumble over the feta.
Place the pan under a preheated high grill and cook for 2–3 minutes until the top of the tortilla is golden brown. Top with the rocket and serve.
