Meals and Courses

  • 1 large ripe pineapple, about 1.5 kg (3 lb)
  • 1 papaya, about 400 g (13 oz)
  • 3 passion fruit
  • juice of 1 lime
  • mint sprigs, to decorate

Peel and core the pineapple and cut the flesh into small wedges. Do the same with the papaya, carefully removing the seeds with a spoon. Put the pineapple and papaya in a serving bowl.

Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape the pulp into the bowl. Add the lime juice, mix carefully and serve decorated with mint sprigs.
