Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 1 orange, about 200 g (6½ oz)
  • 1 kiwifruit, about 75 g (3 oz), plus extra to decorate
  • 2 apricots, about 125 g (4 oz) in total
  • 1 slice pineapple, about 180 g (6¼ oz)
  • 1 large carrot, about 160 g (5½ oz)
Directions

Roughly peel the orange and kiwifruit. Remove the stones from the apricots. Remove the skin from the pineapple. Juice all the ingredients together.

Pour the juice into a glass, decorate with a slice of kiwifruit and serve immediately.
