Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 1 beetroot, about 200 g (7 oz)
  • 6 stoned dates
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 100 g (3½ oz) blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 500 ml (17 fl oz) almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • ice cubes
Directions

Juice the beetroot.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add the remaining ingredients (except the ice cubes) and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses over ice and serve immediately.
