Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 125 g (4 oz) dried fruit salad
  • about 400 ml (14 fl oz) apple juice
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) Greek yogurt
  • ice cubes (optional)

Roughly chop the dried fruit salad and place it in a large bowl. Pour over the apple juice, cover the bowl and leave to stand overnight.

Put the dried fruit salad and apple juice in a food processor or blender, add the yogurt and process until smooth, adding a little more apple juice if necessary.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses, add a couple of ice cubes, if using, and serve immediately.
