Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • ice cubes
  • 4 teaspoons Noilly Prat
  • 4 measures tequila gold (preferably Anejo)
  • 4 teaspoons brine from a jar of black olives
  • 4 black olives, to decorate
Directions

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes and add the Noilly Prat. Stir to coat the ice thoroughly, then pour away the excess vermouth.

Add the tequila and brine and stir until thoroughly chilled. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses, decorate with black olives and serve.
