Ingredients
  • 1 lime
  • 2 papaya, about 500 g (1lb), peeled and deseeded
  • 100 g (3½ oz) natural yogurt
  • fresh fruit, to serve
Directions

Grate the rind of the lime and reserve. Juice the lime.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add the papaya and yogurt and process until smooth. Stir in the reserved grated lime rind. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
