Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 papaya, about 250 g (8 oz)
  • 1 apricot, about 75 g (3 oz)
  • 1 lime, plus extra to decorate
  • 400 ml (14 fl oz) hemp milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Peel and deseed the papaya. Stone the apricot. Roughly peel and then juice the lime.

Transfer the papaya, apricot and lime juice to a food processor or blender, add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses, add a wedge of lime to each glass and serve immediately.
