Devonshire Cream Scones

Ingredients
  • 6 shop-bought all-butter scones
  • 6 tablespoons Devonshire clotted cream
  • 6 tablespoons good-quality strawberry or raspberry jam
Directions
  • Put the scones on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven, 220°C (425°F), Gas Mark 7, for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
  • Split the scones open and top the bottom halve with a dollop of cream. Drizzle with the jam, replace the tops and serve.
