Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 150 g (5 oz) cucumber
  • 150 g (5 oz) live natural yogurt
  • 100 ml (3½ fl oz) ice-cold still water
  • handful of mint
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Peel and roughly chop the cucumber. Place in a food processor or blender and add the yogurt and iced water.

Pull the mint leaves off their stalks, reserving a few for decoration. Chop the remainder roughly and put them into the food processor. Add the cumin and lemon juice and process briefly.

Pour the smoothie into a tall glass, decorate with mint leaves, if liked, and serve immediately.
