Creamy Peach and Banana Smoothies

  • 1 large banana
  • 3 peaches, peeled, halved and stoned
  • 2 pieces of stem ginger
  • 200 g (7 oz) natural yogurt
  • 150 ml (1/4 pint) milk, plus extra if needed
  • Place the banana, peaches, stem ginger, yogurt and milk in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, adding more milk if necessary.
  • Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
