Creamy Ham and Tomato Penne

  • 500 g (1 lb) fresh penne pasta
  • 75 g (3 oz) frozen peas
  • 100 ml (3 1/2 fl oz) crème fraîche
  • 4 slices of ham, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 75 g (3 oz) sun-blush tomatoes
  • 75 g (3 oz) rocket
  • salt and pepper
  • Cook the penne in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water according to the pack instructions. Add the frozen peas for the final minute of cooking.
  • Drain and return the pasta and peas to the pan, stir in the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Serve immediately.
