Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) cranberries
  • 50 g (2 oz) Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml (3½ fl oz) soya milk
  • 2—3 ice cubes
  • artificial sweetener, to taste

Put the cranberries in a food processor or blender, add the yogurt, soya milk and ice cubes and process.

Taste and add artificial sweetener if required. Process once again.

Pour the smoothie into a large glass and serve immediately.
