Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 250 g (8 oz) apple
  • 100 g (3½ oz) frozen cranberries
  • 100 g (3½ oz) live natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • ice cubes (optional)

Juice the apples.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add the cranberries, yogurt and honey and process briefly.

Pour the smoothie into a glass over ice, if using, and serve immediately.
