Chocolate Stracciatella Brownie Cheesecakes

  • 4 fudge-textured brownies, cubed
  • 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) fromage frais
  • 75 g (3 oz) golden caster sugar
  • 75 g (3 oz) milk chocolate, finely chopped or coarsely grated
  • milk or plain dark chocolate curls, to decorate
  • Divide the chocolate brownie cubes between 6 glass ramekins or bowls and press down lightly.
  • Place the cream cheese, fromage frais and sugar in a large bowl and beat together with a hand-held electric whisk until thick and smooth. Add the chocolate and beat to combine, then spoon over the brownie bases.
  • Scatter over the chocolate curls and serve immediately or chill until required.
