75 g (3 oz) milk chocolate, finely chopped or coarsely grated
milk or plain dark chocolate curls, to decorate
Divide the chocolate brownie cubes between 6 glass ramekins or bowls and press down lightly.
Place the cream cheese, fromage frais and sugar in a large bowl and beat together with a hand-held electric whisk until thick and smooth. Add the chocolate and beat to combine, then spoon over the brownie bases.
Scatter over the chocolate curls and serve immediately or chill until required.
