• 8 chocolate cream sandwich biscuits, crushed
  • 25 g (1 oz) butter, melted
  • 500 ml (17 fl oz) tub softened chocolate cookie ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons runny caramel or dulce de leche (optional)
  • white chocolate shavings, to decorate
  • milk chocolate shavings, to decorate

Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press firmly into the base of 4 dessert dishes.

Scoop the ice cream over the top of the biscuit base. Drizzle with the caramel or spoon over the dulce de leche (if used) and decorate with white and milk chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
