  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
  • 1 large avocado
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • apple and pear slices, to serve

Grate the rind of the orange and reserve. Roughly peel and then juice the orange.

Grind the cocoa nibs to a powder. Peel and stone the avocado.

Transfer the orange juice, cocoa powder, avocado and honey to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Stir in the grated orange rind. Serve with slices of apple and pear.
