Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) blueberries
  • 200 g (7 oz) cherries
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs, plus extra to sprinkle
  • 300 ml (½ pint) milk

Juice the blueberries. Stone the cherries.

Transfer the blueberry juice and cherries to a food processor or blender, add the cocoa nibs and milk and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses, sprinkle with some extra cocoa nibs and serve immediately.
